We are fond of reading articles about intermittent fasting which repeatedly state that it’s the best way to lose weight. But how? The way they considered intermittent fasting to be the “best” is quite not that fair.

When you are talking about the “best”, it is something that is we can have the good time doing it while actually giving us more advantages. However, in the case of intermittent fasting, there are still a lot of things we need to polish out to make it really the “best”.

Intermittent fasting is mainly about lessening your food intake. But how? According to the popular posts online, you can lessen your food intake by eating less in a day. You will require yourself to prevent yourself from craving for a food. Actually, we should not call it “starving yourself” since you are still allowed to eat. Just be sure to eat minimally. If you’re hungry, then eat. If you think you filled your stomach enough without being full, then you’re done.

Is this really the best way for you to lose weight? Is it alright for you to avoid eating much even if the food is so delicious? The bottom line here is that all the ways of losing weight could be considered “best”. It is just upon the person on how he will treat it. Will you treat it as an advantage or you will treat it as a burden for you?

Keep in mind that intermittent fasting is effective as well as the other older ways of losing weight. However, it is “us” who don’t believe that it really works. If you want to lose weight, then have the positive outlook that you will really lose weight without any hesitations. Believe in yourself and watch as you become lighter and sexier.
